When considering your wellbeing, are you primarily focused on just a few aspects? It's worth noting that there are eight key pillars that collectively contribute to your overall wellbeing. If you happen to feel stagnant or challenged in one area, remember that there are many other avenues you can explore to nurture and enhance your wellbeing. And surprisingly, concentrating on a new area may ultimately prove beneficial for other facets of your life. After all, everything is interconnected and interdependent, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to wellbeing.

I've created this guide to inspire you to heal your mind, body and soul. Having been on my own healing journey for nearly 3 years now I've learnt a lot along the way and I wanted to share this knowledge with those who are on a similar path. Everything I've written about are either things I've done and have really helped me, or things I'm currently focused on. It's no copy and paste job from the internet, it's an insight into my healing journey. This workbook has been written from the heart, and I wholeheartedly believe these practices could change your life forever. Not everything will resonate, but there is something for everyone, young or old, male or female. Take what you need and leave the rest.
